The Ella chair by Edra is emblematic of the unconventional style of its creator, the artist and designer Jacopo Foggini. Supported by a voluminous metal pedestal (with a 360 swivel and dynamic height adjustment), the vibrant glass polycarbonate shell vaguely recalls the shapes of a flower, with the different shades of the material - from green to blue, from gold to anthracite - that recall its different petals. But it is a surreal and alienating flower, born from a dream (or a nightmare?), in line with the extreme and provocative poetics that made the fortunes of the Tuscan maison Edra. The result is a truly unique chair, capable of fitting into different contexts while always keeping its iconicity and its role as a protagonist of the environment.
